Jamie Goetz-Anderson practices with KMK's Labor & Employment Group, including concentrations in Employment Practices & Procedures and Employment Law Litigation. Rob Lesan practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. His practice is concentrated in the corporate and finance areas where he has experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing both public and closely-held corporations. His corporate practice also includes representing clients in various business transactions including, entity formation, contracting, strategic alliances, distributorships and technology licensing. Brenna Penrose practices in the firm's litigation group, with a focus on electronic discovery, intellectual property, and real property disputes. Her practice includes implementing and executing best practices for electronic data discovery, management, and retrieval. Ms. Penrose has managed the forensic collection and data management on several cases and regularly consults on vendor selection and management. Her experience includes complex commercial disputes, construction and real property disputes, and intellectual property management and disputes.

Stephanie Maw manages the firm’s litigation support services, with a focus on litigation document management systems and e-discovery implementation. Ms. Maw’s primary responsibilities include database administration, project management, building and monitoring vendor relationships and providing electronic document review and production deliverables during the discovery phase of litigation. As a member of the Information Technology Group working exclusively in litigation, Ms. Maw’s role on KMK’s E-Discovery Task Force makes her uniquely suited to participate in the firm’s efforts to bridge the gap between counsel and IT by helping the firm’s litigation attorneys educate clients about proactive, compliant and cost-effective e-discovery strategies and implementation.

Christine Meer is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1987. She assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation including the preparation for trials, mediations and arbitrations and filing of pleadings in State and Federal jurisdictions. She also assists with the preparation of document productions and is proficient in the use of all data base software for keeping track of complicated litigations and software for trial presentations.

Rich Wills serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Keating Muething & Klekamp. He began his career with KMK as a PC Support Specialist. He most recently held the position of Technical Services Manager. As CIO he is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the information technology function including planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Information Technology Department. His responsibilities also include the development and oversight of technology related policies and procedures, formulation of strategic planning and implementation of technology initiatives as well as the budgeting and approval of technology related expenditures.
