Always Have A Plan

As it is so eloquently stated in the Canadian legal blog, SLAW in the article entitled Practice of Law:  Practice Management by Peg Duncan; it is crucial to always have an E-Discovery Project Plan.Ms. Duncan emphasizes that it is not only what you know about a potential case but what you don’t know that is crucial in the development of your plan. Ms. Duncan has an extremely helpful list of a dozen important considerations when creating your plan which every e-discovery person should take into account prior to creating your e-discovery project plan.
